Gua Sha Lift

A modern treatment using ancient Chinese modalities. This is a customised holistic facial that lifts, contours and firms the skin using multiple Gua Sha crystals. This massage technique helps release facial muscle tension, iron out fine lines and deep wrinkles, while reducing inflammation, puffiness and dark circles. Paired with organic skincare to feed the skin and restore vitality.

Sculptural Face Lifting- Buccal Massage

Introducing my new efficient express facial massage. Using the techniques of this fast-paced energising Eastern European facial massage, you can enjoy real-time lifting results. The powerful massage strokes revive dull and tired complexions giving your facial muscles a workout and boosting circulation and lymphatic drainage. Whilst relaxing and stimulating the different muscle groups, the express facelift massage also helps to release emotional trauma held in skin tissue and muscles. This efficient treatment not only improves the appearance of your skin but rejuvenates your whole body.

Thai Herbal Poultice

A holistic lymphatic drainage facial massage using a steamed herbal poultice, filled with organic botanicals to create movement and space in the underlying structure, which in turn will deliver more nutrients to the skin. A deeply relaxing treatment that melts away tension and restores vitality in the face. This treatment reduces puffiness, dark circles and fine lines, whilst contouring and lifting facial muscles. Paired with Gua Sha and cupping.

The Revive Room Face Yoga Facial

This treatment is a true workout for your facial muscles. It consists of 3 main elements;

WARM UP
Gently massaging the facial muscles, this will help improve the circulation, stretch & relax the muscles.

WORKOUT
With my assistance, you will perform key exercises to help activate and strengthen the muscles of the face.

BUCCAL MASSAGE
This is a deep tissue massage, working on the muscles inside the mouth. Detoxifying the muscles, reducing inflammation and soreness post workout. 

This style of massage will help to release any stagnation, stress patterns that get stored on the face. The ideal treatment to activate, lift, and tighten the 57 muscles of the face. Walk away feeling totally relaxed, whilst looking energised!

This result driven treatment is for anyone looking for a natural facelift. This treatment really feeds and nourishes the skin, whilst sculpting the muscles in the face, neck. Remember muscles have memory and regular training is needed for optimal results. Therefore aftercare is essential to this facial treatment. You will be guided through 1 face yoga exercise after your facial, which you will need to practise daily until your next workout. Upon every visit you will be given a different exercise to practise at home!

Dermaplaning Facial

This highly effective treatment gently removes the top layer of dead skin cells, giving your complexion a fresh ‘air-brushed’ glow.

As we age, our skin’s natural cell turnover slows down. This causes the quality of our skin’s tone and texture to reduce, and our complexion can become dull and less vibrant.

Dead skin cells make your complexion look dull and contribute to clogged pores and spots. Dermaplaning clears the way so skin peels, facials, skin products and serums can get down into the skin where they need to be rather than sitting on the skin’s surface. It also removes peach fuzz / vellus (fine) hair on the face and creates clear channels into the skin as well as a soft, smooth surface for makeup to glide on flawlessly.

Glycolic Peel

First time peel with NO down time! Suitable for all skin types. A glycolic peel treatment not only freshens the surface of the skin, leaving it revitalised, glowing and radiant. It also greatly reduces the appearance of acne scars, open pores and the risk of further outbreaks. It can lighten darkened pigmentation from sun damage and evens out the skin tone, reduces the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles as well as increasing the production of collagen and elastin.

The 20 minute treatment that makes a difference!  With LED light therapy you can reduce the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles and acne, improving collagen production, resulting in a radiant beautiful complexion you always dreamed of! A very unique ability of LED light therapy is to release pain in the body and promote wound healing after operations. It is scientifically proven to relieve arthritic pain, muscle and joint pain and stiffness, by providing compromised cells with the energy to regain and restore vitality naturally. LED light can be used as an add on to my facials or as a stand alone treatment.

Face Gym Pro

The face has tens of thousands of small muscle fibres that overtime become weak and lose elasticity. Using a mild but forceful EMS (electrical muscle stimulation) on the face to strengthen the muscle, visibly lift, tone and tighten in as little as 10 mins.

Back Cleansing Treatment

Often the back doesn’t get the attention that it deserves. With a back facial treatment, those tough-to-reach spots get a thorough cleanse, exfoliation, steam with extraction to unclog pores, followed by a purifying mask and massage.
